This third session of the Hospitals on FHIR webinar series focuses on HL7 FHIR and its practical role in implementing the EU Lab Report in hospital environments.

FHIR has become a key standard for modern healthcare interoperability, enabling structured, secure and scalable data exchange. This webinar explores how HL7 FHIR supports laboratory data integration, mapping and implementation in real-world hospital systems.

Participants will gain practical insights into how FHIR resources, profiles and implementation guides contribute to structured laboratory reporting, and how hospitals can move from conceptual alignment to concrete technical deployment.

Building on the previous sessions covering data domains and terminology, this webinar moves into the technical implementation layer.
