XiA Community of Practice
Building a European community to strengthen interoperability skills in digital health.
The XiA Community of Practice (CoP) brings together healthcare professionals, IT experts, researchers, educators and policymakers committed to advancing interoperability in digital health.
This community provides a collaborative space to exchange knowledge, develop skills and support the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS). Through cooperation and shared learning, the XiA Community of Practice contributes to strengthening the digital health ecosystem across Europe.
Welcome to the XiA Community of Practice
The XiA Community of Practice (CoP) is a pan-European, cross-sector ecosystem bringing together professionals committed to advancing interoperability and innovation in digital health.
It creates a collaborative space where education, implementation and policy perspectives converge to strengthen interoperability skills and support the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
Through this initiative, XiA aims to build a sustainable and future-ready workforce capable of implementing advanced interoperability standards across Europe.

Objectives of the Community of Practice
The XiA Community of Practice aims to strengthen interoperability skills and foster collaboration across the European digital health ecosystem.
It supports the development of educational resources, promotes knowledge exchange between stakeholders and contributes to the adoption of interoperability standards required for the European Health Data Space.
Activities of the Community of Practice
Members of the XiA Community of Practice will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of collaborative and educational activities designed to strengthen interoperability expertise.
