Radical Health Festival Helsinki 2026

XiA (Xpanding Innovative Alliance) will participate in the Radical Health Festival Helsinki 2026, taking place from 19–21 January 2026 in Helsinki, Finland.

Recognised as Europe’s premier festival for health and care, the event gathers policymakers, healthcare leaders, digital health innovators, industry representatives and researchers to shape the future of health systems across Europe.

As Europe advances towards the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS), XiA contributes to the dialogue by reinforcing interoperability skills and workforce readiness across the healthcare ecosystem.

The festival addresses key themes including digital transformation, data-driven healthcare, precision health, and innovation at scale. These discussions are directly aligned with XiA’s mission to translate European interoperability specifications — including HL7 FHIR and the EEHRxF framework — into structured, modular learning pathways and recognised competencies.

Through its participation, XiA highlights the importance of:

• Building structured interoperability competencies across professions
• Supporting hospitals and IT providers in operational EHDS implementation
• Bridging the gap between European standards and real-world healthcare practice

XiA’s approach combines modular learning, micro-credentials and cross-sector collaboration to accelerate the adoption of European digital health standards.

Through its participation, XiA will contribute to strengthening European dialogue on interoperability skills development and the operational implementation of the European Health Data Space.
