XiA internal learning session #1

We successfully launched the XiA Internal learning session, an initiative designed to foster internal learning and knowledge exchange between XiA partners and members.

Our first session, “Lessons learned from the project to improve the Digital Skills of healthcare staff in Spain and Estonia”, brought together valuable insights from NTT DATA Europe & Latam and TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. We explored the methodology applied during the project and discussed how its main achievements could inspire XiA in analysing the current state of digital competence education, mapping competence needs for healthcare and IT personnel, and developing a strategy for the successful implementation of training programs in close cooperation with stakeholders. Additionally, lessons learned from material creation and pilot trainings with healthcare personnel can provide valuable input.
