Is Europe’s Health Workforce Ready for the Digital Shift? Join XiA at SantExpo 2026 with Enovacom

As part of its 2026 communication and dissemination activities, the XiA project is fostering the development of national and regional Communities of Practice across Europe. These communities aim to bring together healthcare professionals, digital health experts, and key stakeholders to support the development and adoption of interoperability skills in line with the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
In this context, XiA is launching its Francophone Community of Practice, creating a dedicated space for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capacity building within French-speaking healthcare ecosystems. This session, hosted in partnership with Enovacom, highlights the role of key actors driving interoperability and digital transformation at national and regional levels.
This initiative reflects XiA’s ambition to build a sustainable, pan-European network of professionals equipped to support the digital transformation of healthcare systems.
About the session
This Partner Session, hosted by Enovacom during SantExpo 2026 in Paris, marks an important step in the development of the XiA Francophone Community of Practice.
The session will introduce the objectives and vision of this community, designed to bring together French-speaking healthcare stakeholders around shared challenges related to interoperability, digital skills, and the implementation of the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
Building on Enovacom’s strong expertise in health data interoperability and its active role within the French digital health ecosystem, the session will provide concrete insights into the skills, organisational needs, and real-world challenges faced by healthcare actors in the field.
It will also highlight how the XiA project supports the structuring of Communities of Practice across Europe, by fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the development of practical and recognised skills frameworks adapted to national and regional contexts.
Taking place within SantExpo, this session will engage a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, digital health experts, and decision-makers, and contribute to shaping a shared vision for interoperability skills development within the Francophone ecosystem.
